Founded in 2005 Gaoming Ligang Precision Castings specializes in manufacturing an dexporting investment castings in stainless, carbon and low alloy steel.
Covering 30000m² and with an annual capacity of 1200 tons its processes include; tool making, investment casting, machining and heat treatment which makes Gaoming Ligang a leading metal parts manufacturer in South China, and a Hi-tech enterprise in Guangdong province.

with Complex Geometry Capability
By employing advanced mold design (silica sol investment casting) and vacuum dewaxing technology, we ensure dimensional accuracy up to CT4-6 grade and surface roughness as low as Ra 1.6-3.2. Our process supports ultra-thin walls (minimum 0.5mm) and intricate structures such as turbine blades or lock components, eliminating secondary machining for 85% of parts.
2. Superior Corrosion Resistance & Material Expertise
We specialize in producing premium alloy castings, including:
• Stainless steel: 304/316L, duplex 2205/2507
• Low-alloy steel: 8640, 4140
• Carbon steel: A3, 45#, 16Mn
All materials undergo pre-casting spectrometer analysis to guarantee precise chemical composition. Through optimized solid solution treatment, quenching and tempering, and proprietary heat treatment processes, our products withstand extreme environments (high-temperature/chemical corrosion) while achieving hardness up to HRC 45 with retained ductility.

From collaborative design optimization to post-casting processes (CNC machining, electropolishing, mechanical polishing, electroplating, electrophoretic powder coating), we deliver custom components within 25-30 days.
