Recently, a domestic precision casting base has completed intelligent upgrading of its silica sol investment casting production line. It can mass-produce precision castings and industrial hardware parts made of stainless steel, carbon steel and low alloy steel, supplying bulk orders for construction machinery, fluid valves, petroleum equipment, food machinery and other global markets.
The upgrade optimizes the full process including wax pattern molding, shell making, melting & pouring, heat treatment and non-destructive testing. Customized production plans are developed according to material characteristics: stainless steel castings focus on corrosion resistance and surface finish; carbon steel castings guarantee structural strength and dimensional consistency; low alloy steel castings obtain high toughness and fatigue resistance via quenching and tempering treatment.
The factory is equipped with UT ultrasonic testing, MT magnetic particle inspection and spectrometer chemical analysis. The castings feature stable dimensional accuracy and small machining allowance. Custom orders for complex precision castings and non-standard hardware parts are available, complying with ASTM, GB and other international & domestic standards, greatly improving delivery capacity for overseas customers.
